What to expect

I value your story and the life that you are living. Right now, today. I'm always so excited to help families preserve time in a beautiful way.

Meaningful connections are what I'm looking for, those in between moments when your true self shines out. I use a mix of direction and anticipating those beautiful organic moments.

Outdoor sessions typically take place late in the afternoon depending on our location. Family home sessions are usually done earlier in the day. I work around your schedule, your children's optimal time and the best light. Session duration varies according to what type we are doing, but they always include needed breaks for the kids and adults alike. I will often stop and take a few minutes here and there to just talk and play with the kids.

Your image gallery will be ready in two weeks and includes 30-60 images, depending on what session you choose. I cull your session down to the best of the best and each image is artistically and lovingly edited. 

All sessions include tangible products

In a world of digital everything, I still greatly value the tangible--a good old fashioned book in my hands and photographs that don't all live on my computer or phone. For this reason my sessions include printed, heirloom products. When we are finished working together I want to leave you with a beautiful, tangible memory in your hands. I promise that you will never regret owning these keepsakes that stay visible in your home every single day for your loved ones to enjoy.

Are we meant for each other?

I never rush through my sessions. Taking the time to allow the children and the adults to feel comfortable with me always pays off in your images! If having your family portraits taken is something that you wish to hurry through, I won't be the right photographer for you. You deserve a great experience, so we both should feel like we are a good fit for each other..

Make sure you have familiarized yourself with my gallery before we move forward. It's important for you to have a connection with my style.
